Hello Peter,

i had a problem with Bradlows Brits, i bought the sofas on the 01/05/2013 there and they promise me that will deliver the sofas on the 3/05/2013 and that didn't happen. then i phone them on the 04/05/2013 and they send me to the Brakpan branch where i stay but they have charge me the transport from Brits to Brakpan and when i went to the Brakpan branch i so the signs on there windows that you will get the 20% discount of which i didn't get from Brits and when i ask them at Brakpan and they told me that they should have given the discount to me since i bought the sofas on the holiday and the transport money has change and they didnt return the difference since the sofas didn't come from Brits ( -82km) and they came from Brakpan ( -2km) from where i stay. i have phone the office several times and they (Thelma) keep on telling me that they will phone me back and they never phone.
