To whom it may concern

I am highly disappointed with one of your staff member in the Bradlows collection department named Thabo, he is very rude, arrogant and not professional at all, he tries by all means to make a person feel small just because they are owing. Its not like we don't know but he doesn't reason with a person, and if i try to explain and reason with him he droped the call in my ear

Hope this matter will be looked at as this gives Bradlows a very bad reputation
