County Fair Chicken Excess Fat

I purchase lots of chicken wings at Pick, n Pay and Checkers Hyper.. Everytime i purchase wings we end up with tons of thick pieces of excess fat. I have spoken with the manager so many times already at the Family store in Brackenfell, and Hyper and i was told that all the County Fair chicken comes pre-packed from County Fair.we the consumer is paying high prices for chicken that is not trimmed. Its disgusting to see this thick blobs of fat that is tucked away beneath the wings.
I end up with hands full of fat which i freeze and use when i start my braai or fire and that is from two big packs of wings. Imagine how much money County Faitr is making incorporating this fat in their price per KG.
Ther is no reason for all this excess fat that just hangs when the wing is lifted out of the package. This is a money making ploy that should come to an end County Fair should start trimming the fat off of their chicken especially the wings and stop milking the consumer to enrich themselves. Too many people are struggling to make ends meat. The manages agreed with me 100 percent but nothing was done to this date. Please help
