Told me to thow away my gucci sunglasses

In 2008 I purched a pair of Gucci sunglasses from the above mentioned slier of gucci eyewear. I have endess problems with it from day on with the tiny coming loose and me have to take them in and get the rew put back. Now Its happened again and the supplier has inform that they can not assist me be the actuall is worn out and gucci can not repair it because that range is off th market. So basically they telling I should just though away my R3000.00 glasses. If this Is Gucci customer service the we rather stick to buy china make at let R50.00 later won't be so bad at loosing cos u can just by another fake gucci sunglasses I requirer assistance in this matter urgently. Gucci eyewear I would like to know what ur comp profile seeing that u a such reputable company or is it. Ur supplier dragging ur name down if so u need to deal with it ASAP
