On 15May 2013 I was told that a new lounge suite have been ordered and that Wendy (the manager of house & home Highveld mall) will contact me as soon as she knew when I will receive it.
On Monday 20 May 2013 Wendy phoned me to confirm that the new suite had arrived and that delivery will be made on Tuesday 21 May 2013 at 14:00. She also confirmed that it would be scottsgaurd before delivery.14:00 came and gone and no suite. So I phoned to find out were they where, and Wendy told me that she will find out and get back to me within 30minutes. At 16:30 I phoned customer care and spoke to Ursula, Wendy phone me back and said that there was a brake down and that they just left. At 17:34 someone phoned to say that they were leaving Witbank, they arrived here at 18:23, and then the suite were dropped off and left INSIDE the boxes (we had to assembly it ourselves) I decided to do a scottsgaurd test, only to find that this hasn't been applied.
I phoned Wendy and told her that she must send them back to pick up the suite.
Can you please arrange that the contract be cancelled, and that our money get paid back to us? This is the worsted service I ever had.
