WAS CHASED AWAY BY EMPLOYEE

I had a permanent job in Cape Town and was offered a job were I stay, I accepted as it was close to come and I was going to save on petrol. He employed me without a letter of confirmation of employment and said that he would pay me weekly of which would work out to R750-of which he only paid me R700 and it was presented in a bank plastic bag without me signing for it. I started on the 04/05 and he did not pay me for that Saturday. He was always abrupt and swore in my company. I then had to do art work on the walls as he opened a coffee shop and he did not pay me for that. I fell ill and went to the Doctor and went to work and did not stay off. Today the 21/05 I was trying to have a discussion with him as I have been admitted to hospital and when I finally told him he chased me off the premises and verbally threatened me. I am now without work and I have bills that need to be paid and a car of which I might lose, please help me with this situation.
