Pathetic service

I took my pt cruiser to have the driver side rear view mirror repaired . in the process the complete unit were broken off by the technician . i reported the matter to the manager and was told that the matter would be resolved whereby i left my car on the premises . a few days later i was called and asked to come to the workshop. Apon arrival i was attacked by the manager and was called a and a * in public, in front of customers and his employees . after a heated axchange of words the technician and the manager attempted to glue the mirror in plce in order for me to use the vehicle as according to him a insurance claim would be filed . they tried to glue the mirror but spilled some super glue on the right hans side door . the manager admitted he made a mess and gave me a friend of his phone number and told me to go to this person to have the door cleaned up at his cost .as i havent heard anything from the manager or insurance and althought ive sent a email to ur head office and i had no reply i wud like to know what is going to be done to resolve this matter . ur reply would be appreciated as i am just a paying customer and work for a living and at that stage put my
