ORDERED ITEMS ON ZANDO - NEVER RECEIVED PACKAGE

I have a complaint about the delivery service. I have paid for express delivery. Not received my package. My delivery date was the 17 May 2013. I was contacted on this date, I was unable to the make delivery. I rescheduled for later that same day with the delivery man, he agreed. He never showed up, but as the website reflects that he contacted me, which is not true. The date was rescheduled for 20 May 2013.The 'Track-it' website once again showed that I was contacted, which was not true.

Wouldn't recommend to use this website. Poor service.
