Bad customer service and bad attitude, really

I have heard good stories about tiger wheel and tyre and nothing against them but my experience was not good at all. All they did was to blame each other in front of me. Really not impressed as my car is still not in order. The manager tell me a story of a disciplinary hearing to the employee which I really am not interested in. Only thing I wanted was my car to be sorted. I have the same problem I had before my car was take into them. Only difference now is that I am minus R480. Smart way to get money and do not disclose the real problem to your customer till the customer find it out themselves once you have pocketed their money.
