Fast excellent service with a smile!

I waited in the waiting area when the door of the clinic opened and a very friendly face greeted me. It was the Clinic Sister Monique Sinden. She invited me into her consulting room and I immediately felt at home. I only wanted my Vitality Screening test to be done. She was soooo friendly and made me feel comfortable at hello! the tests were done with no pain at all. She even checked on the system if my medical aid will cover the consultation, which only left me with R1.25 co payment! I saved money! She took all my details and said that she will email it through to Discovery to obtain my vitality points. This was about 14:45. I thought, ok... now this will take about 2 weeks to happen! At 15:40, not even an hour later i received an email from her with my full Vitality report! I was shocked! I immediately phoned her manager to compliment her. thanks Monique for your great attitude and excellent fast service!
