STILL DISAPPOINTED IN CNA

After placing another complaint on Hellopeter.com I finally received feedback...

The feedback was that the item has been delivered and received at a CNA covenient to me but the issue still arising about the price as they know state that I have to pay full price for the product, somewhat regarless of the fact that I previously spoke to management of CNA after placing my 1st complaint and was told that a manual discount would be in effect and I would be able to purchase the item at the price I was initially given...

All these events have really shaken my faith in what was a good company that provided great service...

I even requesting they pull the telephone call to hear the price i was given initially as all calls are recorded but to no avail as they now tell me that the system that was been used has been changed and there is no way to recover that call... Now isnt that convenient?

Edcon should really take into consideration they service to customers... They are forever advertising that customers come 1st... But what they should have said is that customers experience 1st hand terrible service!!!

Management should take the proper steps to resolve a matter like this.
