Hi Ms Moodly.

I am sick and tired of getting calls from Jet telling me that I haven't made payment since last month to my Jet account.

Attached are payments made last month and this month on my Jet account. I would like to know why this hasn't been updated and why I am being charged interest on my account because of yours staff's incompetency

I refuse to pay interest, because someone is not doing their job, I spoke to one of your consultants yesterday and they reassured me that NS 330 -00 was updated, which Cleary was a lie.

If my accounts gets taken to ITC, I will personally in my capacity SUE JET for not able to account to client funds.

I want my account updated before the end of the day with both the NS 300 and NS 690. NO EXCUSES - AS JET SEEMS TO HAVE A BOX FULL OF THEM.

AND I SERIOUSLY CANT WAITBTON CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT SO THAT I DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETENT STAFF.

I WANT THIS SORTED OUT NOW!
