C & N Imaging - BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY

After paying for 2 cartridges which lasted only 1/2 a morning & not 4 times longer that my normal HP cartridges, I received exchanges of the products WHICH I DID NOT WANT but finally gave in to receiving, even after I told the sales people that I will not be ordering from them in the future & did not feel right taking the exchanges & just wanted to pay for the invoice & cut my losses, I get a phone call today from a very rude lady called Sanette, (who later said her name was Sarie Marias when I asked her for her contact details for our CEO to call her!) who said that I will be receiving the balance of my order from them & with my discount I owe them almost R 3000.00!! She said that they only deal in bulk orders & I am now responsible to pay for these cartridges which I told her I do not want under any costs. I asked for her managing directors contact details & she said i had to deal with her & merely got ruder. She went on to say she refused to talk to me & would only talk to the CEO & wanted her cell number which I refused to give. After informing her that we would call when the CEO got in, she then called our reception to ask for the cell number & got transferred back to me!!
