Sending goods with out ordering

In 2011 i was foolish try out new tech ink cartridges they made me believe it was a one time deal my mistake. they tried sending a parcel every month i refused to collect it from the post office. Phoning the company and asking why they just say sorry they don't do single orders only bulk and they wanted to resend the parcels, i said no id refuse to collect. I never heard from them again. Now in 2013 thy're phoning me again trying to force me to buy cleaning products. Its either that or they'll resend the ink cartridges
