NO STOCK AND STINKING ATTITUDE

My husband had signed a R17000 deal with Farida last week. she had assured him that she would process the order and he will receive delivery within 3-4 days. This morning i had received my microwave from the warehouse which was 1 of 5 items ordered. having contacted her to query the rest i got nothing but arrogance and attitude. Being irate, i contacted h/o to get answers which no1 could give me until i requested to speak to the MD. Now the story is there is no stock of the items ordered and Sony has discontinued the range. WHY IS THIS NOW MY PROBLEM?? The store manager, regional manger and h/o cannot do anything about this and we now need to settle for stock they will try to get not even the brand we purchased. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN! DONT FALSELY ADVERTISE GOODS YOU CANNOT SUPPLY TO CUSTOMERS, POCKET A FAT COMMISSION AND CANNOT PROVIDE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICES! RATHER THE COMM GOES TO CHARITY THAN THIS WOMAN! AND WORSE OF ALL YOU WILL GET THE RUN AROUND FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I AM GREATLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
