I recently had a problem with the used perfume & after reporting it on the site the manageress of the branch called me a few days later & assisted me.she was pleasant & understanding.she happily refunded me.she took it up with the previous lady that refused to return it in the 1st place.what a wonderful manageress. Its because of her that i will continue shopping at clicks ladysmith.
