Canderel's customer care means nothing!

I bought a packet of Canderel Stevia more than a month ago. It cost me more or less R44 which is quite expensive. This was the first time I tried it and it was really very bitter. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried another one. Same bitter taste. I then phoned the customer care line. A lady from Meribrands head office phoned me the next day and sent a courier service to fetch the packet from me. I was promised a refund in the form of vouchers that would've been mailed to me. More than a month later, I still have not received my vouchers. I phoned the customer care line again and again and again and spoke to an operator called Raneez who promised to follow up on what happened to my vouchers, but still no feedback from Meribrands or Raneez. I'm left with a 'bitter taste in my mouth' and still nothing to show for it! Bad, bad customer service!
