Accounts department clearly not doing their job!!

I pay my edgars account electronically every month and have never had a problem. This month, I get an sms to tell me my account has not been paid and that they have now listed me as a slow payer!!! Two payments were made this month, one on the 30.04.2013 and another on the 13.05.2013. How can this info suddenly not be on their system this month??? I expect an apology and my credit profile to be restored immediately. I have emailed the proof of payments to the remittance department and expect an apology as well as rectification on my account!
