Wrong expired date on expired food

It is with regret that I have to eat something that has expired and smelly due to incompetence from Shoprite Phillip.
I fairly understand that food is not thrown away but there is some people that are supposed to do random checks on expired food before consumers buy the food from the shelves.
Beside that what annoys me was the manager attitude when I requested to see her, she bluntly refused to come out form her office.
I sense that her head is above the clouds she careless about the black community that her retail shop is supposedly to serve with pride and honest.
I hope she has not forgotten that the same community she won't talk to are the ones that pay her fat salary at the end of the month.
She careless about the customer voice which make me wonder if she really does attended to other complaints or she just expects the black community to eat from her shop.

Thanks for my refund and if I will ever enter that retail store I would need to be examined.
