I would like my money

Hi i purchased 2 jeans at edgars on Sunday 12 may on their sale of buy 2 for R99 each or 1 for R149. not sure why but for some reason the system did not update so when the cashier scanned my items it rang up to R299 instead of R199. i paid with my debit card, i brought to her attention and she tried to reimburse my R100 by reversing the charges but it did not work. i sent a email on the website but did not get any response. i would like my R100 please. i don't want a voucher i just want my money please.
