RUSSELS NO SERVICE AND NO STATEMENTS

We opened an account with Russel's Balfour.
1) we bought 2 laptops but they did not have stock and had to redo the contract - Never cancelled
2) we had to wait nearly a month for the stock.
3) we had to pay R1000 to activate the debit order.
4) next month debit order did not go through and we had to pay in store. R1000 again - instalments only R600
5) We wanted to pay instalment money were refused because of SILVER to make up the full amount.
6) We asked to get a detailed statement of the account as of 2012 -STILL WAITING
7) We moved we asked to change address several times were told it could not be done and is not necessary
phoned to change address still not done. went to store and sat for over an hour to see that they update info.
8) We paid several instalments double but according to them still in arrears.
We have been getting phone calls from Russel's threatening to re posses items but when confronted
they don't answer. we do not communicate over the phone as the keep on making promises but do not keep their word as to sending statements.
Employees would rather engage in chatting with passerby's than help customers.
WILL TELL AS MANY AS POSSIBLE OF THE POOR SERVICE.
