Very disappointed with the service received

During the week of the 10th April I took my phone to Jet for repairs. Phumzile acted as if she knows what she was doing, I waited almost 45min while she was trying to find the forms so she can book my phone in, after waiting then she asked one of the ladies from the floor to fetch the form from Legit. After a week I went back to Jet to find out about any developments and she promised to give me feedback and she never gave me anything solid. After the third week I went back to Jet only to be told my phone has not been attended to because the correct steps were not followed. On the 11th May I drove all the way to Dayveton only to find out the class has been cxl and the notification was send via sms which I did not received cause of your employees. I want my petrol money to be paid back... On the 13th May, I phoned the H/O, stayed on the line holding for the manager and I ended up requesting the complains manager to phone me and did not phone me I am a customer and as a customer I don't give Edcon hard time when I have to make paymentI am not interested in your department issues and incompetent staff members I want my phone before close of business today... 14.05.2013
