Bored out of her skull

I went into CNA Maponya mall with my cousin and i hd purchased a book while my cousin had purchased some wrapping paper, when it was our turn to pay Masego was slouching on the chair and did not even greet us, she was scratching her head just looked at me and rang everything up, after i had told her that there are 2 different purchases she seemed very irritated before calling her manager to void the sale. I am utterly dissapointed at this service as I myself have worked for one of the edcon stores, i would suggest that if she is too tired to work on a sunday she is not scheduled
