CANT FATHOM THIS!!!

Dear Truworths

I have applied for an account online. After about 2 weeks of apparently being on the waiting list, says the lady in the call centre. I was happy to call back and that my account has been approved. The lady at the call centre says I should just take only my ID book in a to activate this Account.

HOWEVER, I walked in to the store only to be told that my account was still pending confirmation, The girl decides to call centre while I insist that the lady at the call centre has told me this is approved.

So she calls the centre, and they tell me that my account application has been declined.

LIKE REALLY NOW TRUWORTHS? how many systems do you guys work with coz obviously there is a mix up.

NOT COOL AT ALL!!! TOTALLY NOT!!!
