Going downhill fast

On the 10th May, we again did our shopping at PnP. Now today we decide to open the ice-cream, and, surprise, its crystalised to half way down the tub. Not the first time we've had a problem with purchases from this branch. Beginning of April, bought bulk beef, and more than half of it was off. Perhaps its time I started shopping at a competitor. Very disappointing PnP, especially as Ive shopped with you for more than 35years.
