Worst service ever, bad attitude

On 1 May 2013 i went to Yde the glen, I took a top of the rack and it was marked down. When I went to pay the cashier refused to give me the shirt for the lower price, claiming that the sale only starts the next day. As far as the consumer act goes they are suppose to give me the shirt for the lower price. The store manager approached us and was very rude claiming that i took it from the sale rack but i did not, I even have a witness that i did not
I am appauled by the way he handled the situation, i was still speaking to him and he walked away. I lodged a complaint t customer care and to this day i received no response.i will never ever purchase anything from Yde again and i will let everyone know how bad their service is.
As one of the leading retailers they should not have store managers treating the customer like that.
