Advertised products not given

My problems with CNA cavendish started back in december when the blackberry 9320 was advertised with 2 free movie tickets a day for 365 days and the instore staff explained it like that aswell! The phone stopped working on day 8 and the store didnt want to help and went into vodacom for 3 weeks and got replaced and now the same thing has happened and vodacom wont replace it so i am now without a phone. then upon enquiring how do i get my card i was told by the staff that they would contact me., then more then 2 weeks later i hadnt heard anything so i called and was told then that it was my problem not the stores. Eventually almost a month later i got hold of the store manager who eventually started to get the ball rolling! but the struggling wasnt over yet! it has taken me more the 50 calls between TLC marketing and the store and various other people to get something and then eventually at the end of april i get a 2for1 card! that is not what was advertised! i logged a call with customer care and never got anywere! i logged more calls with customer and still i am waiting! and all i get is we will get back to you! not almost 5 months down the line i still dnt have what was advertised
