OTA did not send airtime PIN sms

Was involved in a minor accident this afternoon, had no airtime and had to make urgent phone calls, being an Edgars OTA service member i bought airtime using that service- 4 hours later there is still NO sms that was delivered with the PIN. what the is the use of this service if you cannot get delivery in emergencies? this is not the 1st time i had the same issue, their call centre told me 2 months after not receiving my pin that i should have asked for a manual pin to be sent to me. i want my PIN not later than tomorrow, i have had it with the pathetic service!!!
