I am a very fraustrated and annoyed customer!!!

I recently received an sms on my cellphone to get discounted airtime on my Edgars Account, which little did I realise that They already subscribed me to it without my concern, When calling the 0860 332244 number to cancel this, A sales agent said that I will be contacted within 24 hours!! This was on the 04th of May 2013, Its now the 09th of May!!! No one has contacted me, everytime I call they say the same thing!!!

I am going to be taking this futher, has I do use my cellphone for work and I am using a Blackberry, My B.I.S has been also cut off!! You can find this email on Hellopeter.com and also it it going to be sent to the CEO, Mr Jurgen Schreiber.

I did speak to a Mr Thato Pharabatho who was helpful in the sense of he gave agreed with me that it was ridiculous that they still have not yet contacted me. (Heads Up To You)
