OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a Xia-Xia Play Set from a toy shop in Cape Town for my 5 year-old granddaughter who lives in Johannesburg. I was so disappointed to find that the additional shells and pets were not included and were sold separately. I managed to trace the suppliers who were Toys R Us and contacted Vee at their Durban Head Office. He quickly found out that there were stocks at their Nelspruit branch. Jano from Nelspruit phoned me to confirm that he had three on the shelf and would send them through to their Heathway Branch once an order was received from Heathway. All this took place on Tuesday this week - yesterday Jano phoned to say he had found another 2 shells and that they had all been collected by courier and to expect a call from Heathway Branch on Thursday (today). I have just been phoned to say the shells are waiting for me to collect! What amazing customer service - I am so very impressed with the attitude and service of Toys R Us - you need to hold on to Vee and Jano - they are a credit to you!!
