New sofas defective, still not fixed

My new sofas were picked up over a month ago, due to a production defect, yet furnitire city still cannot give me an answer as to when it will be ready. No replacement sofas were offered for period that the sofa is being fixed. Now my family of 5 has to share 1 part of the lounge suite. This is unacceptable.
