Good day. I've been employed at Pep for the last 12 years. The last couple of months I've been in and out of Hospital due to my health and decided to retire on 60. I've filled in and sent out all the necessary documents for my Provident fund in the beginning of March. I didn't receive a reference number or any documents from them. I have to phone in everytime to ask about the process then Nicolene simply refuses to give me any details or information, she doesn't have any answers? Its almost 3 months now and I have bills that I need to pay as well, I only Received R47 on my last salary. I need to pay my bills otherwise they can put me on ITC! I'm really angry to see the way that I'm being treated after 12 years of good service that I gave from my side.
