I went to Edgars Bellville on 06/05/2013 to report my phone. Adine who works in the Claims department advised me she will put the claim thru nw and I should be gettin a new ph within 48-72hrs. Adine then said c wil not be at work on 07/05/2013- 08/05/2013 and therefore claim will only be done on Thurs when she returns to work on 09/05/2013 and I wil b getting my ph on Monday-13/05/2013 latest. I don't understand why I need to wait because of sum1 that will be on leave. I think that is unprofessional and not how u deal with a client query. She asked her fellow colleague Betty who is a Cellular Specialist to put claim thru seeing tht c wnt b at wrk as she also works in the same department. Betty said she "won't" do it with no reason given. Betty advise claim takes 5days but Adine jst said 48-72hrs. Betty spoke to me in rude manner and she had an attitude. C then said i cn go lay complaint against her wt whoever. I reli don't feel appreciated as a customer coz of the info i got and d way i was talked to. I did speak to d Store Manager and lodged a formal complaint against Betty. I hope sumtn wil b done wit Betty as i dnt wnt another customer going thru d same bad experience as me
