RUDE, RUDE, ASSISTANT MANAGER!!!

After buying groceries at Spar Kwa-Nobuhle last night, my wife realized that the Daly's Fruit Concentrate i bought with them was too thick than normal. I then took the fruit concentrate back to Spar for an exchange I was greeted by a cashier who was so busy reading a newspaper at the cigarette counter to help me with the returns. The supervisor came and took the drink to the manager who then asked that she brings another one from the shelf. After being ignored whilst they "inspected" the product I was asked again what was wrong with it I then explained again that the fruit drink was too think that normal and we couldn't use it for the child as we didn't know what was wrong with it. The "supposed" Assistant Sore Manager (Gerhard) point-blank refused to help me saying there is nothing wrong with the product and that he couldn't not give me another one as it is still the same as others on the shelf and because I drank it, he would not exchange it. the manner in which he spoke to me was degrading and rude as if I went there to beg instead of going there to spend my money that is putting food on his table. Never again will I set food there again. I ended up leaving it there, NO MORE!!!
