Pure Beauty Spa are liars

I bought the above voucher in Feb and I struggled to get a booking. I fianlly got a booking for the 3rd April and was looking forward to "bonding" with my hubby. When we got there however, we were shoved into 2separate rooms, since the place doesnt have a room to accomodate both of us. Room was cold and i was given a towel instead of a gown and when i asked the Shennal she bluntly told me that they cant massage with a gown on so its no big deal. i was shocked and I burst out crying. she told us to leave and go redeem our vouchers else where as i should have researched the place before coming to her. we left and didnt do what we came there for. I am so disappointed and still early. i want my refund Daddy's deals. i refuse to be taken for a ride by your incompetent service provider.
