Build Plumb & Tile
BAD ATTIUDE

I parked my car in front of Build, Plumb and Tile on Saturday just to go next door to replace my mirror, as I did not find a parking spot in front of the mirror shop. This young man working for the company said that I am not really allowed to park there, but according to me, it seemed as if he would allow it. When I got back to the car he said that he can not believe that I did not apologise and that I should remove my car immediately. He did not even want to allow the salesman from the Glass & Mirror shop to remove the mirror from my car and became really stroppy. The worst thing of all is that my car was the only car in the parking lot. He went on saying that it is private property etc. I would have thought that when you open a new shop, you would treat people with respect to ensure sales or potential future sales. If he would have treated me with respect, I would remember the shop in future for any building, plumbing and tiling needs, however I will never put my feet in that shop, just because of the way I got treated and I will ensure that all my friends, acquaintances, family and potential future customers never buy anything from them.
