Plumb and Build was hired by my next door neighbour to perform tree felling on his property. Without informing us Plumb and Build started cutting down trees with unprofessional abandon, sending them crashing down over the wall and breaking our electric fence. Upon confronting Rodger "The owner" he presents you with his Insurance, but when pressed to log a claim through his business insurance he ducks and dives. He then tells you that he will fix it himself. To date he has not committed to fixing the damage which came to around R 4, 700.00. This business is truly a disgusting example of the lack of civil respect contractors have; being more concerned with getting paid than doing a proper job. I would recommend to all not using this company if you want to be neighbourly or a good citizen.
