The shop's policy

Today..05.05.2013 I bought a kettle from Shoprite Checkers attridgeville Stadium and when I got home it was not working..and when I returned it few hours later. I explained my unhappiness regarding the product. And they tested it till it starts to work.

And I told them I won't be taking it, I only need money back and they refused. Remember I returned thier kettle in good terms and I want my money back..What happened to costumer service ..Please ASSIST I ONLY NEED MY MONEY BACK
