Bad Service

We have been clients of Hilti for some time now and have bought over R 60 000.00 worth of equipment over the past year.. Where as the last couple of months we have had almost no communication with our rep, never has he came to us to demonstrate any new products that has been launched or new products, when ever we have a problem and give him a call he has a bad attitude and is rude to the company Representative. We must always make a fuss about something before we get helped in friendly manner.. Then he talks about our situation to other clients...
