Phoning CNA is painful

Trying to phone CNA eastgate on 011 621 2800 is painful. A pre recorded voice asked me whether i wanted to speak to Edgars or CNA. I selected cna. I waited a good 3 minutes to get through. I asked if the book i wanted was in stock and was transferred to the book section were i kept holding on because that pre recorded voice was telling me to keep holding on. i was eventually cut off. The whole process lasted 6 minutes and i did not get my answer. I repeated the grueling process 3 more times before phoning the head office on 011 495 6000. and was told the book is not in stock not before being transferred 2 times. The book is Cry Zimbabwe by Peter Stiff. I m very angry right now.
