Expectations exceeded

My name is Ncumisa, on the 26 th of April I visisted my local pick n pay (next to cashbuild) in my area protea glen. They had a promotion and I was looking for a certain product and there was no stock for what I was looking for.

I went to the till to ask if they can maybe help, spoke to the lady by the name of Tumi she works for management position, didn't ask her surname. She took my numbers and told me that she will give me a call as soon as stock becomes available. Two days later I got a voice massage on my phone as I missed her call, she left a massage that the stock was available. She promised me and she kept her promise Thank you to her I found what I was looking for.
