Mix Telematics Africa (Matrix Vehicle Tracking)
I cannot get a copy of my contract for insurance!

I require proof of my vehicle tracking for my car insurance and have been waiting for this since the 15th October 2012. No one is responding to my request and I am losing patience. I have had nothing but bad luck with this organisation. The system malfunctioned daily for the first month after installation, despite numbers "remote upgrades" and the fitment centre in Rivonia had no knowledge of my appointment when I arrived to have the system manually upgraded. Despite patiently hoping for the best, I am now looking into recourse for this tardy customer service.
