Billing for excessive responses

I sent an email to the person above asking her to escalate the billing for execssive responses. She has ignored my email. Chubb has imoplemented charges for excessive callout which is ridiculous. R81 for 5 telephone calls that lasted less than 5 secs each which equates to R20 per call which is roughly R4 per sec!!! After more than 10years of being a loyal customer this is their response. What else am I paying them for? R269.00 per month but still have to pay for a few phone calls. that is ridiculous. Where were they when I had my armed!? I should be billing them. address is 54 outeniqua street oakdene. I expect EMAIL response and not TELEPHONE.
