BEING TOTALLY RIPPED OFF!!!

After all my praises and satisfaction with ADT Security as a client it is with a heavy heart that I write this complaint,

Previously due to unforeseen circumstances I wanted to cancel my ADT contract but was fortunate enough to be assisted by an Angel in the accounts department,

Today I receive my annual increase letter from ADT - and this is what turns me off, I'm currently paying R330 and now they want to increase my rate to R437.73 PER MONTH! That's more than a 300% increase in the monthly rate,
In all due respect I understand increases and can justify a 10, 20 or at a push 30% but 300%!! I'm sorry ADT, this is where we now part ways, kindly cancel my contract with effect 31 March, I will stop the debit order too,

Very sad given the fact that I've had a great relationship with them, very sad that I've received nothing but exceptional service but so sad about the rip off,
