No service from legal department!!!

I was a customer of ADT in 2006 in Cape Town. We then relocated to East London. My service was cancelled with ADT. They then just went ahead a had a judgement placed on my name. I however saw this in 2008 and decided to sort it out. I was handed to the credit bureau with out any notice of owing them any money. they then kindly assisted and removed me from the credit bureau and said that I ow them no money. No problem everything was sorted. Now 1 week age i pick up I have a judgement on my name again and it is ADT again. 6 years late I mean come on. Now I try to get hold of them nobody is available phones dont get answered I even tried and work through the technical department where a friendly gentleman try to help me, but he does not even come wright in his own company, Please all I want to do is sort this out, how difficult can it be to answer a phone.
