Since November 2011 I had difficulties with false alarms. The ADT technicians came to my premises on various ocassions but did not manage to fix the problems. For those calls they indicated that I will not be charged. They fix the problem in February and now I received an account for a call in January. I have send e-mails, tried to call (get cut off more than once) to explain that all the problems was for one zone. I was told that my e-mail was referred to Danie Malan - a technical manager. I have tried to contact him, but he is never available and he also did not respond to my mail. I am not prepared to pay for a service that was not solved. I was charged in February and paid for that work.
