Install c-track device incorrectly causing breakdo

C-track rep came to us to sign up on tracking system for our truck. They sent out one of their technicians to install device. We had a signed contract to transport plastic units to Cape town and goods back to pretoria. With out first trip we experience that the truck is losing power and struggle to get to cape town. We contact the rep but he promise that the system is installed correctly. The truck were serviced and never had power problems. We had to cancel our delivery from CT to Gauteng. And Loss of income. The truck cut out on Three sisters, we used 3 different auto Electrians and had to pay them but still no good news. We closed our shop (auto electrical) over the easter weekend and do a breakdown to three sisters. After 4 days we had to get the truck and trailers towed in by Rieks towing a futher R34000.00. Ins pretoria we got c-track out and to look at their system and only on the 16/07/2012 the came to fix their fault. on the job card the new technician wrote Rewiring wrong power source been used. That's why the truck kept on loosing power - loose our contract and still had no income. Now they handend me over to 4 diffirent attorneys. I wonder who owe's who in this case.
