VERY POOR SERVICE

I have a Nestar unit fitted on my vihicle for 3years. Now my contract with them has expired but i did not do any cancellations, Ever since june 2011 no signals were picking up when tested, i had it replaced with a new one. But still the same problem occured
i explained my frustration to their consultents who assured me it will be taken care off... Today (07/02/2013) i called to get the unite testd they tell me, there is no record history of test that were done 2011/20012 that me off big time..i tell them i'm cancelling the contract, yet they expect me to give them a month notice!!! For what?? i was paying for a service they are not rendering so why should i pay them more... Thats so pathetic...
