Sim swap

I Lindeni Mbizo, brought the MTN number 2006 and port it to cell c around 2018.
It saddens me for you to fail to do sim swap for me.
You keep telling me I fail security questions.
I lost my phone 27 November 2024, the last recharge I remember is the 8th of November 2024, 1G Whatsapp data.
I went to one of your offices to do sim swap they told me if I don't OR did recharge airtime straight and do straight call they wont be able to do sim swap for me.
How can I get my number back I NEED HELP!
