Technician didnt pitch

Our alarm went off on MOnday (03/02/2014) ADT did call my husband and advise him that its gone off, but when we got home there was nothing that showed somebody came to check our house. If the technician came surely there is something they leave for us to see they were there. What has changed now?

This is worrying us because we thought you guys were the best in the business clearly we were wrong,
We now have second thoughts and we are thinking maybe this was not a good idea after all.

We are really disappointed at your service, we are new customers you got in December already in February we now have a complaint. This is not good
